Your first Sports or Virtuals bet qualified, provided it was settled within 28 days of the date it was placed. Terms and conditions
1. This offer was available to new customers who opened an account with DR Congo betPawa (betpawa.cd) between Thursday 4th April and Friday 26th April 2024
2. In order to qualify for the promotion, a money deposit had to be made before placing the qualifying bet
3. The qualifying bet was pre-match or in-play on Sports or Virtuals and had to be settled within 28 days of the date it was placed
4. There were no minimum stake, leg or odds requirements for the qualifying bet
5. There was no requirement to opt in to the promotion: the first Sports or Virtuals bet placed after depositing money was the qualifying bet if it met the Terms and Conditions
6. Only the first bet after the money deposit qualified for the promotion; if the qualifying bet had been placed, it could not be recalled or altered in any way
7. If your qualifying bet lost, we credited your DR Congo betPawa account with up to 100% of the stake of the qualifying bet as a bonus, up to a maximum total amount of 3000 FC
8. The credit was added to your betPawa account about an hour after the bet has been settled
9. If a Cashout offer was accepted on the qualifying bet, it was not be eligible for the promotion, as your bet wasn't settled as lost
10. If the first bet didn't meet the specified criteria, you lost the right to participate in the promotion
11. Your reward was documented in your betPawa Statement (check https://www.betpawa.cd/statements when logged in) as "DR Congo - First Bet Refund"
12. You were able to use the awarded credit on any of the betPawa products within 14 calendar days of the time the credit was added to your account
13. The credit expired after 14 calendar days and if unused, was removed from your betPawa account
14. If your qualifying bet was voided, for instance, due to a match being postponed, your stake was refunded in full in accordance with the betPawa Rules; in such an event, there was no reinstatement of the promotion on the account, compensation or credit granted of any sorts
15. This offer was only available once per new DR Congo customer: any attempts to create additional accounts by the same account beneficiary owner to exploit the offer may result in a permanent ban
16. You had to be at least 18-years-old to bet with betPawa and receive this offer
17. We reserved the right to change the rules of this promotion or revoke it at any time without notice
